You can exchange your tickets up to 48 hours prior to your performance. You can now do this online by following these simple steps:
- Login to your account by clicking here.
- Click 'My Bookings'. This will show you your current bookings.
- Click 'Exchange My Tickets' and go through the booking process by selecting your new date and seats.
- Once completed, you will receive a booking confirmation with your new e-tickets attached.
If you are an access patron and would like to exchange your booking, please contact customer service for us to facilitate your exchange.
Please note: Once you complete your exchange, your original booking and e-tickets will be invalid. Offers and promotions may not be available.
