We can exchange your tickets for you up to 48 hours prior to your performance.
To arrange an exchange, please login to your Delfont Mackintosh account. Once logged in, please click on the box on the bottom right 'view and edit your Delfont Mackintosh Bookings'.
If you initially used the 'Guest Checkout' option, you will need to register an account to exchange your booking. To do this, please select the login page at the top right hand corner then select 'Register'.
Please use the same email address that you used to make your original purchase.
Once this has been completed, select 'Orders', and then select the tickets that you are looking to exchange.
Then navigate the available options to select your new performance dates and seats. Select 'Exchange' tickets and proceed to complete your exchange.

If you are an Access Patron and would like to exchange your booking, please contact us to facilitate your exchange.
Please note: Once you complete your exchange, your original booking and e-tickets will be invalid. Offers and promotions may not be available. Please do not book new tickets to your alternative date outside of this process as we may not be able to refund the original booking.
*Exchange fees may apply and tickets must be exchanged to tickets of the same face value or higher.
