We can exchange your tickets up to 48 hours prior to your performance.
To arrange an exchange, please login to your Delfont Mackintosh account. Then, select Manage your account > Tickets > Select booking to exchange > Actions > Exchange Tickets. Then navigate the available options to select your new performance dates and seats and proceed to Complete Exchange.
If you initially used the 'Guest Checkout' option, you will need to register an account to exchange your booking. Please click here to do this - Register - Please use the same email address that you used to make your original purchase.
The Access Card Number box on the form is for patrons registered with Nimbus Disability for accessible seating. If this does not apply to you then please leave the box empty and continue scrolling to the bottom of the page to click on Create Account.
Please do not book new tickets to your alternative date outside of this process as we may not be able to refund the original booking.
Please be aware that any exchanges need to be fully processed at least 48 hrs prior to your original booking date. No amendments can be made once your original booking performance has commenced. Please note, exchange fees and ticket price changes may apply.

Please note: Once you complete your exchange, your original booking and e-tickets will be invalid. Offers and promotions may not be available. Please do not book new tickets to your alternative date outside of this process as we may not be able to refund the original booking.
