You can exchange your tickets up to 48 hours prior to your performance.* You can now do this online by following these simple steps.
- Login to your account here.
IMPORTANT: We recently upgraded our ticketing system so, if you don’t see your tickets in the ‘tickets’ tab, you will need to set up a new account. To do this, click ‘Register’ on the login screen, and complete your registration using the email address originally used when booking your tickets. Once your account has been created your tickets will show in the ‘tickets’ tab once you have logged in.
- Go to the 'Tickets' tab.
- Select 'Exchange Tickets'.
- Follow the process by selecting a new date when prompted, select your new seats at the same value as your current booking, or upgrade and pay the difference.

Please note: Once you complete your exchange, your original booking and e-tickets will be invalid. Offers and promotions may not be available. Please do not book new tickets to your alternative date outside of this process as we may not be able to refund the original booking.
