You can exchange your tickets up to 48 hours prior to your performance.* You can now do this online by following these simple steps:

1. Login to your account by clicking here.
2. Click 'My Bookings'. This will show you your current bookings.
3. Click 'Exchange My Tickets' and go through the booking process by selecting your new date and seats.
4. Once completed, you will receive a booking confirmation with your new e-tickets attached.

 If you are an access patron and would like to exchange your booking, please contact customer service for us to facilitate your exchange.

Please note: Once you complete your exchange, your original booking and e-tickets will be invalid. Offers and promotions may not be available.
