Access tickets can be purchased online or via our dedicated access line.

Please call our dedicated access team on 0344 482 5137. Our phonelines are open 10am-7:30pm Monday to Saturday.

You will now need to provide us with your Nimbus access registration number. For more information on how to register, click here.

Alternatively, you can book access tickets online following the below steps: 

1) Log in to your online Delfont Mackintosh Theatres account via our website. If you do not have an account with us, you can create one here.

2) Once logged in, the members homepage contains a section titled 'Nimbus Access Area'. Please select this to proceed.

3) A pop up will appear requesting you to enter your Nimbus number. Once you have done so, please press 'Submit', we will verify this information and you will then be taken to our booking page.

4) Please select the production and performance date you wish to attend. You will be shown the currently available seats most suitable for you given the information we have received from your access card. Please read all seat attributes and descriptions carefully.
