We take customers access needs very seriously and we are proud of the developments we are making to make online bookings possible for our disabled patrons.

We have launched a new registration scheme which will result in patrons’ access requirements being linked to their DMT account, allowing them to choose the right seating requirements for all bookings for which we have access tickets available.

We have chosen to pass the registration scheme onto the same organisation that runs The Access Card; a universal way of communicating access requirements.
