When you arrive at the theatre make yourself known to the Access Host. They will direct you to the cloakroom where you can collect an Auracast™ receiver along with over-the-ear headphones (if required). The system is also compatible with the T-loop system used by some hearing aids or you can use your own headphones with a 3.5mm jack.
