You can resend your e-tickets or confirmation, or exchange your tickets by logging into your account and selecting My Bookings.

We recommend you double check the email on your account is correct, and the one you’re expecting your tickets to be sent to.
If you booked your tickets through a ticket agent, they will send you your tickets and you’ll need to contact them.
Please note, sometimes it is necessary to delay sending tickets, but we usually email them at least 10 days before the performance.
