You can resend your e-tickets or confirmation, or exchange your tickets by logging into your account and selecting My Bookings. As we've recently gone live with a new ticketing system, you may need to create an account - please use the same log-in details as when you created your booking.
We recommend you double check that the email on your account is correct, and the one you’re expecting your tickets to be sent to. If you booked your tickets through a ticket agent, you will need to contact them.
Please note, sometimes it is necessary to delay sending tickets, but we usually email them at least 10 days before the performance.
