To arrange an exchange, please login to your Delfont Mackintosh account. Once logged in, please click on the box on the bottom right 'view and edit your Delfont Mackintosh Bookings'.
If you initially used the 'Guest Checkout' option, you will need to register an account to exchange your booking. To do this, please select the login page at the top right hand corner then select 'Register'.
Please use the same email address that you used to make your original purchase.
Once this has been completed, select 'Orders', and then select the tickets that you are looking to exchange.
Then navigate the available options to select your new performance dates and seats. Select 'Exchange' tickets and proceed to complete your exchange.
If you are unable to find tickets in the seating category you originally purchased you may contact our customer service team to assist using the online exchange form via the link in your email.

If you are an Access Patron and would like to exchange your booking, please contact us to facilitate your exchange.
Please note any tickets for the performances of Dracula on Wednesday 4 February, Thursday 5 February and Friday 6 February not exchanged by midday on Friday 30 January will automatically be refunded.
