- Visit the show and performance time that you want to book. Select the option, in the top right side of the screen, ‘Access Card Login’.
- To link your Access Card to your DMT account, please select ‘Register’ and complete the requested details which will verify your account and Access Card ID. Once you have completed this step once, you will not need to repeat it.
- Log in to your DMT account. You will then be directed to the seating plan for the performance you were booking for. Accessible seating will now be displayed. Please read all seat attributes and descriptions carefully to ensure these seats are suitable for you. If you have any questions, please call 0344 482 5137 or email access@delfontmackintosh.co.uk.
- Click ‘Buy’ and you will be directed to your basket. Ticket prices will be displayed at full price for your tickets. Please select the drop down for the price that is applicable to you (Access rate and/or Essential Companion).
- Below your basket, there is an option for you to inform us of additional requirements you have or would like us to be aware of prior to your visit.
- Please then continue to checkout to pay and complete your order.
