Should you become unwell, your tickets may be exchanged for the same production up to 24 hours prior to your performance.
To arrange an exchange, please login to your account by clicking here. Under 'Your bookings', please select 'Exchange my tickets' and complete the form that appears. We aim to respond to all exchange requests within 48 hours.
Please do not book new tickets to your alternative date prior to contacting our team as we may not be able to refund the original booking.
